A revenue evaluation should prove value on a deadline, not turn into a platform project. Here is how the 30 days are structured.
Day 0: kickoff
The work starts by agreeing on three success criteria with your RevOps lead and your sales leader. Everything that follows is measured against them.
Week 1: connect and backfill
The systems are connected, change recording starts and the history your CRM already keeps is pulled in, so the record starts deep rather than empty. Your CRM stays read-only during the evaluation.
Weeks 2 to 4: agents live
The Forecast Auditor runs before each forecast call and Deal Rescue flags at-risk deals while your engineer checks in with you.
Day 30: readout
Your engineer walks you through the month’s pipeline changes, slipped deals and forecast accuracy, and whether the success criteria were met.
